The Coaching Process

Engagements include the following phases, with sessions on a weekly or bi-weekly basis:

  • Coaching on areas of focus

  • Feedback and pivot opportunities to accommodate change

  • Everyone has different coaching needs. Together we’ll identify your areas of focus and the amount of time needed to see results. Engagements typically focus on 1-2 behaviors where you want to see growth, involving stakeholders where necessary.
