The Coaching Process

Engagements include the following phases, with sessions on a weekly or bi-weekly schedule:

  • Goal setting and alignment

  • Assessment & verbal 360 review

  • Coaching on areas of focus, and through specific situations

  • Feedback and pivot opportunities to accommodate changes

  • Everyone has different coaching needs. Together we’ll identify your areas of focus and the amount of time needed to see results. Engagements typically focus on 1-2 behaviors where you want to see growth, involving stakeholders where necessary, over a minimum of 6 months to see results.
