Why I Coach

My “first life” was in marketing: I built a 13-year career filled with talented colleagues, world-renowned clients, and a deep well of knowledge. I was also constantly stressed out and struggled with daily overwhelm that led to burnout. I was reactive in most work situations, and it wasn’t until I started working with a coach that I was able to understand how my mindset was affecting me. I realized I wanted to help others gain clarity in their own careers so they could build a life that provided purpose, enrichment, and contentment. With the right tools we can be agents of change, actively creating the reality we desire.

I am a CEC-certified executive coach, Positive Intelligence-certified, and have a background in Organizational Psychology and a BA in Communications. My approach takes these schools of thought into account and tailors methods to the individual.

Outside of coaching I’m a seasoned snowboarder, novice gardener, and travel enthusiast. One of my life-changing experiences was walking the Camino del Norte in Spain, covering 500 miles in one month, meeting a diverse range of wonderful people, and giving myself the time and space to reconnect with my soul.

At it’s core, coaching is a support profession. I’m not here to tell you what to do - I’m here to help you explore your options and perspectives in a safe space. Our work together is recognizing your edge and how you can own it.
